2022’s EXPO REAL (Messe München) saw the Messegelände back to its busiest as professionals from across the industry gathered in Munich for the first time without Covid restrictions. Although the mood was more pessimistic than at last year’s event, many firms are using this period as a time to plan, future proof their portfolios and target real estate alternatives.
