Emily meets Joanne McNamara, Head of Europe at Oxford Properties. Having joined Oxford in 2010 as an Investment Analyst,  Jo rose through the ranks as Oxford grew its AUM to $10bn and its headcount to 40 people. She played a central role in Oxford’s merger with M7 Real Estate in 2021 and was awarded PERE industry figure of the year in the aftermath.

Emily talks to James Thornton, former CEO and current Non-Executive Chairman of Mayfair Capital. After 20 years working on the advisory side, James took the leap in setting up Mayfair Capital in 2002. "When it comes to risk, the thing I remember was when Roger and I were in Saint Moritz and he said we should go up and do the Cresta Run, the skeleton run which is 3/4 of a mile pretty much straight down on a weighted sled… I think you make the whole trip in 20 seconds. Roger does that every time he’s there…”
— Joe Azrack on Roger Orf
